Affordable program for friends and family of those in recovery.
The Mind Yoga + affordable program is a time intensive, immersive, psycho-physiological program in which participants learn a range of new habits and practices. This program is grounded in traditional yogic principles and not affiliated with any specific religion.
Maximum of 4 participants each week
8-10hrs per day. 5 days per week
Founded on sound scientific research
Daily: Mon-Fri 7-5pm
Meditation yoga 4hrs (2 x 2hr sessions per day)
All weather (beach) walk 2 hrs (1 session per day)
Gardening 2hrs (1 or 2 sessions per day)
Group reflection 1hr (1 session per day)
Light breakfast, light lunch and snacks
Alcohol / drug testing
Weekly: Weekly 6-8pm
1-1 Counselling 1-2hrs
Supervised and structured environment
Yearly : Weekly 6-8pm
Fortnightly online group check-in. Free to join as required for (approx 40wks of) the year
Weekly Cost : Minimum 4 weeks (unsequential or sequential)
