Affordable program for friends and family of those in recovery.

The Mind Yoga + affordable program is a time intensive, immersive, psycho-physiological program in which participants learn a range of new habits and practices. This program is grounded in traditional yogic principles and not affiliated with any specific religion.

  • Maximum of 4 participants each week

  • 8-10hrs per day. 5 days per week

  • Founded on sound scientific research

Daily: Mon-Fri 7-5pm

Weekly: Weekly 6-8pm

  • 1-1 Counselling 1-2hrs

  • Supervised and structured environment

Yearly : Weekly 6-8pm

  • Fortnightly online group check-in. Free to join as required for (approx 40wks of) the year

Weekly Cost : Minimum 4 weeks (unsequential or sequential)

  • $2200 inc gst /wk

  • User pays
